Support for Warm Homes grant recipients
Retrofit information, support and expertise (RISE) is a free support service fully funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (the Department). We’re here to help social housing providers, local authorities, and their supply chains plan and deliver successful domestic retrofit programmes in England.
Our support for Warm Homes Grant Recipients is designed to make the journey from funding application through to project delivery as smooth as possible
Grant Recipients can access a wide range of online and in-person learning – RISE Toolkits, Masterclasses, Bootcamps and Podcasts are all available through the Knowledge Hub. You will also receive bespoke one-to-one guidance from a dedicated Delivery Support Manager, who works alongside you to shape and deliver Warm Homes funded retrofit projects.
This support is available throughout every stage of your Warm Homes project:
- Pre-delivery: setting up your project for success.
- During delivery: navigating requirements and managing risks.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting: capturing progress and building insights for the future.
