How to submit Project Change Requests

Introduction

A Project Change Request (PCR) is for changes which effect the details, benefits, scope, cost or time of the project. They are required whenever there will be an impact to the project. 

To support Warm Homes: Local Grant and Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, Challenge Fund, grant recipients through the process of submitting PCRs, the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) have created the walkthrough videos below.

The relevant video should be used at any time during the delivery of your project to create and submit your PCRs in coordination with your Delivery Support Manager (DSMs).

Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund walkthrough video

If you are a Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3, Challenge Fund recipient, this video will help you understand how to submit PCRs to amend details about your project against set baselines. The video will walk you through how to create and submit PCRs for consideration at respective decision making levels.

The video can also help you to see approved and rejected PCRs. Using the video, you will learn how to change your Award Name, Consortium Composition, Consortium Lead, Project End Date, Changes to Phasing Baseline & Project and Approved Phase Request Baselines.
