RISE Direct: Tailored support to help you set up for success.

If you are a contractor or anyone in the trade looking to deliver retrofit projects, access RISE Direct to gain a free tailored support package to help you to access opportunities within Warm Homes funded programmes.

Whether you are looking to become a lead contractor for a Local Authority or Housing Association, work as a subcontractor for an organisation that has already secured funding, or provide specialist products or services, we will help you identify the most suitable route into the market.

The support begins with a self-assessment, followed by a diagnostic call with one of our experienced support managers. Together, these form the basis of a tailored diagnostic report and action plan that identifies your organisation’s strengths, areas for development, and the next steps to improve your readiness for Warm Homes opportunities.

Coming soon: RISE self-assessment

The first step is to understand where you are today. RISE’s online self-assessment tool gives you a quick, clear picture of your organisation’s retrofit readiness. It takes between 5-10 minutes to complete and there are no right or wrong answers, just a practical starting point to help you move forward.

The self-assessment will be live within the next week. To be the first to hear when it launches, register your interest now.

What happens next?

After completing the self-assessment, you’ll be matched with a dedicated RISE Direct Support Manager for a follow-up call, who will then provide a personalised support plan highlighting your strengths and priority areas of focus.

Your Support Manager will:

  • Help you prioritise actions based on your readiness
  • Provide tailored advice aligned to your organisational goals
  • Keep you on track with a structured support plan
  • Connect you with specialist expertise from across the RISE Direct team
  • Be your single point of contact throughout, ensuring consistent, practical support at every stage.

How we can support you

Our support is flexible and tailored to your organisation’s needs, it can help you to:

And to support your projects on the ground, you will gain support and resources to:

This can include one-to-one support from RISE experts, and a plan of the Masterclasses, Bootcamps, Drop-in Clinics, Podcasts, Tools and Guides that will help boost your knowledge in the areas you are looking to develop.

After regular check-ins, RISE will assess whether your organisation is retrofit ready, or if you might need continued support.
