Supply Chain Essentials for Retrofit | RISE Online Course
This practical bootcamp, Retrofit Essentials for the Supply Chain is a CPD Accredited course designed specifically for supply chain partners and resident engagement officers involved in Warm Homes Fund projects. Whether you are a tradesperson entering the retrofit sector or working directly with residents, the training delivers essential knowledge and confidence for successful retrofit delivery.
Held over three days, participants will undertake two modules each day, allowing for in-depth learning and practical application. Guiding you through the foundations of retrofit, resident engagement strategies, and key skills and accreditation pathways. The course also features effective communication techniques, collaboration tools, and practical case studies to ensure broad understanding and professional growth.
Session 1: Tuesday 23rd June 14:00 – 16:00 (Modules 1 & 2)

- Module 2: Getting Involved – Roles, Routes & Opportunities
Session 2 : Thursday 25th June 14:00 – 16:00 (Modules 3 & 4)
- Module 3: Certification & Standards (PAS 2035 and MCS)
- Module 4: Working with housing providers
Session 3 : Tuesday 30th June 14:00 – 16:00 (Modules 5 & 6)
- Module 5: The Resident Experience – Keeping Tenants in Mind
- Module 6: Skills
