On-site compliance and delivery on site | RISE Masterclass

This masterclass will explore effective on‑site delivery and compliance requirements within the RISE retrofit programme. It will support participants in understanding their responsibilities on site, ensuring PAS 2035 compliance, and maintaining appropriate oversight of contractors and delivery partners.

Strong on‑site management is essential for quality assurance, risk management, resident satisfaction, and successful project delivery. This session will provide practical guidance on managing sites, gathering evidence, and meeting assurance and reporting requirements.

We will cover:

• Grant Recipient contract responsibilities and on-site governance
• PAS 2035 compliance, Retrofit Designer sign-off and method statements
• Evidence gathering requirements, including photos, documents and post‑installation inspections
• Managing contractor and subcontractor accreditations, insurances and warranties
• Using SharePoint and document storage to ensure visibility and audit-ready records
• Resident communication strategies before, during and after works
• Managing delivery through site visits, regular contractor meetings and weekly progress trackers
• Tracking spend, progress and performance against KPIs
• Identifying on-site risks, issues and mitigations
• Monthly reporting requirements linked to on-site delivery
