Retrofit through the resident lens with Warmworks | RISE Masterclass
Retrofit programmes are often discussed in terms of funding programmes, and technical standards. But for the people living in those homes, the experience of retrofit is far more personal.
In this knowledge share Masterclass, we’re joined by Warmworks, a delivery organisation responsible for coordinating large-scale retrofit and energy efficiency programmes across the UK. Warmworks works directly with households throughout the retrofit journey, from the first home assessment through to installation and post-installation checks, giving them a unique perspective on how retrofit is experienced by residents in real homes, not just in project plans.
Drawing on real customer stories from across their programmes, this session will explore what residents actually experience when retrofit improvements are delivered – including what builds confidence, where challenges can arise, and how delivery teams can create a smoother journey.
The session will also look at the practical realities of delivering retrofit at scale while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, communication, and trust.
